What you find here
A presentation of the practice and of completed work. Project images are photographs of finished buildings or renderings of ongoing projects; they are not commercial offers.

Enquiries sent through the form
A message sent through the contact form is not a contract and does not oblige us to deliver. The working relationship begins when a written contract is signed.

Published fees
The figures on the fees page are indicative minimums, VAT excluded. The firm fee is set after the site visit and communicated in writing.

Who owns the design
Architectural documentation is a protected work under Romanian Law 8/1996. Copyright stays with the architect; the client receives the right to build once, on the site named in the contract.

What may not be done without our consent
Reusing the design on another plot, selling it to third parties, or having another practice alter the documentation without notice.

Publishing the work
We reserve the right to photograph and publish the finished building, naming the client only with their agreement. You may ask in writing that the work not be shown publicly.

Your personal data is processed under GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Data we collect
Name, email, phone, site address and billing details. The documents you hand over (land title, planning certificate) also carry the cadastral number and land registry data.

Why we use it
Producing the design, filing documentation with the planning office and approving bodies, communication during the works, invoicing and legal compliance.

Who we share it with
The authorities and approving bodies the file is filed with, and the structural and services engineers who sign their parts of the design. We do not sell data and do not pass it on for marketing.

Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, consent withdrawal. Requests go to dpo@studiovertic-demo.ro.

Retention
Technical documentation is kept for 10 years, as the law requires of the designer. Billing data, 5 years, per tax law.

We use cookies for site functionality and traffic statistics.

Strictly necessary (cannot be disabled)
The admin login session, form submission protection, language preference.

Analytics (opt-in)
Google Analytics with anonymized IP, so we know which pages are read and what people fail to find.

Marketing
We use no marketing cookies and we do no retargeting.
