03 · How we workFrom the first visit to the last song
The visit
You come to see the rooms and the terrace, ideally at the hour the event will be. It takes an hour.
The offer
Within two days you get the offer for the room, the menu and the rooms, with prices per person, no “from”.
The tasting
You choose the menu by tasting it, with the chef at the table. For weddings, a month ahead.
The day
One contact person, from morning until the last guest leaves. You take care of nothing.
The ceremony on the terrace, the party under the firs
The ceremony takes place on the terrace, with the ridge behind; if it rains, in the Great Hall, with windows onto the same ridge. Dinner in the hall or under the firs, with lanterns. The guests sleep here, so nobody leaves early.

It rained right at the hour of the ceremony. Within ten minutes everything was moved indoors, flowers and all, and nobody noticed the plan had been different.
The daylit room made the difference: after lunch nobody dozed off. And the coffee breaks were real breaks, on the terrace.
